Watching this was like eating chocolate or watching a really bad movie; No matter how potentially damaging it is to encourage little girls to get dressed up and pretend to be someone twice their age, I just couldn't stop eating the chocolate or look away. It was a window into a girl culture thing to which I'm usually not privy. Why do all the "tween" role models have to look like Malibu Barbie? It's totally unrealistic.

Note to mothers: You have no one else to blame but yourselves in a few months when the real Hannah Montana gets her first DWI and announces that she is dating MTV's Rock of Love Bret Michaels and is suddenly on the cover of Star Magazine flashing her brand new set of of ta-ta's for the paparazzi. I have a premonition for these kinds of things. Should have made her watch the Discovery Channel instead. I had an obsession for all things marine life when I was an awkward 10 year old and I think I came out just fine.
